Therefore, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety by implementing comprehensive
policies, procedures, and practices.

- We are committed to complying with all applicable legal requirements, regulatory requirements, and other relevant obligations related to occupational health and safety.
- We proactively identify, assess, and control hazards to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses.
- We provide comprehensive health and safety training to all employees and contractors to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their work safely.
- We promote the use of safe work practices and procedures in all aspects of our operations. This includes proper equipment maintenance, correct use of tools and machinery, adherence to safety protocols, and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Aito Firework Holding Sdn Bhd is committed to providing a work environment free from all forms of social harassment, including but not limited to discrimination, bullying, and sexual harassment. We prohibit any behaviour that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. Employees who experience or witness social harassment are encouraged to report it promptly to their supervisor, HR department, or designated harassment contact. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against offenders.
- All employees, contractors and sub‐contractors are responsible for following health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices. They are encouraged to report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly and to actively participate in health and safety initiatives.
- The Health and Safety Committee is responsible for promoting health and safety awareness, reviewing health and safety performance, and making recommendations for improvement. The committee represents the interests of employees and communicates health and safety management concerns.
- We are committed to the continual improvement of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System to enhance health and safety performance and achieve our health and safety objectives.
