CO2 System
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a colourless, odourless, and chemically inert gas that is both readily available and electrically non-conductive. It suppresses fire without leaving behind any residues after discharge, thus avoiding damage to sensitive equipment.
Co2 has a high rate of expansion and it extinguishes fire primarily by lowering the level of oxygen that supports combustion.
CO2 is an odourless, colourless, electrically non-conductive, non-corrosive, and non-deteriorating agent. It is normally present in the atmosphere at about 0.03% by volume. CO2 System consists of a fixed supply of CO2 converted through a piping network and nozzles. Total Flooding extinguishers both surface and deep-seated fires by discharging gas onto the enclosed space.
